As we rely heavily on technology, in both COVID and non-COVID environments, it becomes apparent that our multi-tasking efforts need to be adjusted.
Dr Kristy Goodwin points out that “Research also confirms that our IQ drops by an average of 15 points when we multitask and it takes us 40% longer to complete the tasks, compared to if we’d mono-tasked.” In order to be productive, one must be able to focus on a single task at hand.
