The Competition

Starting Monday, 19 September and closing on Sunday, 23 October our competition submission page will be accepting all your homemade movies! All you have to do is upload them to YouTube (on your own channel) and click the link below to submit!

The Film Festival Premiere

All films from submitted online (and from our incursions) will be judged by our official partners – StarTime, who are experts in the filmmaking industry. Winning films will be shown at our online Rocketeers Film Festival premiere – shown on YouTube on Sunday, November 13

Best Film

There will be two (2) Best Film awards. One in the Junior Category (7 and under) and one in the Senior Category (8 – 13). The Best Film awards will be presented to the children with the best overall movie, at our Rocketeers Film Festival premiere. Each winner will receive a $50 Shouta voucher.

Best Story

There will be two (2) Best Story awards. One in the Junior Category (7 and under) and one in the Senior Category (8 – 13). The Best Story awards will be presented to the children with the best overall story, at our Rocketeers Film Festival premiere. Each winner will receive a $50 Shouta voucher.

Most Creative Animation Design

There will be two (2) Most Creative Animation Design awards. One in the Junior Category (7 and under) and one in the Senior Category (8 – 13). The Most Creative Animation Design awards will be presented to the children with the most unique style and character, at our Rocketeers Film Festival premiere. Each winner will receive a $50 Shouta voucher.
