Exclusive Live Event: Ask an Astronaut

Thank you for joining us on August 12 for a special live online event with Katherine Bennell-Pegg, the first astronaut trained under the Australian flag. Thanks to the Australian Space Agency, children had the unique opportunity to submit questions, with some even asking them live on screen.

The free event, hosted via Microsoft Teams, was filled with inspiring real-life insights from space. We hope you enjoyed being part of it.

Your Child, Centre Stage

When registering, families had the chance to submit their child’s question. On the night, a few lucky children got to jump on screen and ask Katherine directly – plus we read out lots more questions from the audience too.
