Every Educator’s journey begins with ‘Arrive and Thrive’, a flexible onboarding program designed to build confidence from day one. Through face-to-face training, virtual workshops, and self-paced learning, new team members gain the tools they need to succeed. They are guided by a Service Leader, a buddy system, and shadow shifts that ease the transition into their role.

Mentoring does not stop after induction. Every Educator is connected to a dedicated network of specialists who provide day-to-day guidance and long-term career support. From Learning and Development partners to Regional Managers and Child Wellbeing Officers, this network ensures no one feels isolated.

For Educators ready to take the next step, our Aspiring Leader Program provides a structured six-month pathway into leadership. This is a guided journey that blends practical projects, leadership workshops, and one-on-one mentorship.
Mentoring in this program is a dynamic, two-way relationship. Experienced leaders share insights and guidance, while mentees bring their aspirations, energy, and fresh perspectives.
