Step 1: Paint and Play
Take any paper or cardboard and cover it with bold patterns, rainbow swirls or doodles. You can make it as colourful as you like.
Step 2: Let It Dry
Leave your artwork to dry completely before moving on.
Step 3: Cut into Cards
Once dry, cut your paper into card sizes you like. They can be big, small or a mix of both.
Step 4: Add Your Magic Words
Print out a list of affirmation ideas. Cut out the ones you like best and glue them onto your cards with a glue stick. You can also make your cards extra special by writing your own magic words!
Step 5: Keep and Share
Place your cards in a box or keep them in a special spot. Pick one each morning for a little boost of positivity, or give one to a friend to brighten their day
This activity is fun, mindful and uplifting all at once.
So grab your art supplies, splash colour across your cards and add affirmations that make you smile. Each card becomes a little reminder of creativity, confidence and kindness.
